This was printed and bount in wraps and hardcover for Golden Posterity Press of Aberdeen, SD.
Limited to 50 copies in wraps and 10 hardbacks. The hardbacks are sold out, but I know of a bookseller who may have one left. If interested in buying the wraps copy, I have some copies here for sale, or contact the author.
